Details
The aluminum calcium clinker is produced by the burning of the raw materials of bauxite and crude alumina limestone of high content in kiln furnace. It is mainly used in refining the tray to remove sulfide impurities from the steel liquid and to maintain good slag fluidity. It is an economic additive in the steel mills for the formation of slag and desulphurisation. It is widely used by quality conscious steelmakers in the world.
Physical performance and use
(1) low melt content (≤ 1370 ℃), low melt slag viscosity, good flow property, short slag formation time;
(2) High sulfur absorption capacity of the slag stream; good desulphurisation properties, oxygen removal and phosphorus removal; efficiently absorbing the impurities in the steel at the same time.
(3) Capable of increasing the refining efficiency and the useful life of the steel nut to a large extent.
